Eddie Kuo is a Vice President based in Shanghai. Before joining BDA, he worked at Deloitte China focusing on M&A transaction services, including market assessments, commercial due diligence, growth strategy appraisals, target searches and deal negotiation.

He has worked with multinational companies, Chinese state-owned enterprises and PE firms across multiple sectors including consumer goods, specialty chemicals, automotive, and leisure and entertainment. Mr. Kuo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of British Columbia. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.
