BDA Partners（以下、BDA）は、AGC株式会社（以下、AGC）の子会社艾杰旭特種玻璃（大連）有限公司（AGC Flat Glass (Dalian) Inc.（以下、AFD））の持分譲渡において、AGC側フィナンシャルアドバイザーとして助言。

AFDは、中国・大連にあるフロートガラス製造会社で、自動車、産業、建築業界向けのガラスを製造。自動車用のAuto Low-Eガラス、TCOガラス、ソーラーCSPガラス、建築用ガラスなど、幅広い製品を取り扱う。

BDA上海オフィス共同代表、ジェフリー・ワンは、以下の通り発言。「AGCは30年にわたりAFDを運営してきましたが、次の発展段階を約束する強力な買い手への売却を支援できたことを誇りに思います。この取引は、多国籍企業が中国で事業の収益性および資産効率の改善を目的に一部事業を売却する傾向や、中国企業、特に国有企業（SOE）の優良事業への意欲を強調するものです。また、COVID-19の混乱に直面しても、複雑なクロスボーダーのカーブアウトに助言するBDAの専門性を反映しています。」
