BDA is focused on executing cross-border M&A and capital raising transactions for sophisticated corporates, private equity funds and business founders. BDA is the leading independent, Asia-focused investment banking firm. BDA is led by the same management team who set up the firm in 1996. We will continue to work closely with global investment bank William Blair, our long term partner and minority shareholder, as well as with other leading counterparties, law firms and other professionals worldwide.

We employ some of the best cross-border M&A bankers, anywhere. Most of our senior team have worked together for more than ten years. We’ve built a unique firm. We’re clear sighted about what we can achieve in the future.”

Charles Maynard, co-founder and Senior Managing Director commented, “BDA will keep building on what we do well: cross-border M&A involving Asia. We’re grateful to our clients, who continue to re-hire us on increasingly ambitious, bigger and strategically important transactions. We’re resolutely committed to providing excellent, focused, effective advice.”

Andrew Huntley, Senior Managing Director added, “BDA is a leader, and our metrics are all headed in the right direction. We’ve carefully assembled and trained a pre-eminent team, from Managing Directors down to our junior staff. We’ve established a strong footprint of offices, including now Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore. The macro-economic environment, and the increasing importance of Asia, will help us deliver more successful outcomes for more clients.”
