BDA recognised as a top M&A Advisor in Vietnam

At the recent M&A Forum in Ho Chi Minh City, BDA was recognised as a top 5 M&A Advisory Firm. The deal awards, organised by the Vietnam Investment Review and sponsored by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, recognised outstanding M&A businesses and advisory firms from the past 15 years.

BDA established its representative office in Ho Chi Minh City in 2012. In the last ten years, the on-the-ground team in Ho Chi Minh City has supported BDA’s global network of offices in advising companies for transactions in both domestic and cross-border M&A in Vietnam, with over US$3bn in aggregate enterprise value and over US$1bn aggregate transaction value, being the leading M&A advisor in Vietnam with a total of 18 transactions.
