Manoj Balwani is a Partner based in New York and Mumbai, and leads the Technology sector for the US and India. He has over 16 years of experience and has closed over 40 M&A/PE/IPO/QIP transactions while building strong domain expertise across sub-segments within Technology.

Some of his clients include Everstone Capital, Coforge, R Systems, TPG New Quest, Partners Group, TTEC, Majesco, Mastek, Motif, ICRA (Moody’s subsidiary), Tejas Networks, Jupiter Capital, Altran, Macmillan Group, Zensar Technologies, Nazara and IndiaMart. Prior to BDA, Mr. Balwani worked with Edelweiss Financial Services as an Associate Director in the Technology, Media, Telecom and Education Investment Banking practice. Before Edelweiss, he was part of the Technology Investment Banking practice at Ernst & Young and Avendus. Mr. Balwani holds a dual degree (B.Tech+M.Tech) from IIT Madras.
