BDA advises Navis on sale of Oriental Containers

BDA Partners (“BDA”) is pleased to announce that its client, Navis Capital Partners has divested equity in its portfolio company Oriental Containers Limited (“OCL”) to Oricon Enterprises Limited, a diversified Indian conglomerate.
Based in India, OCL is a leading manufacturer of caps and closures serving the food & beverage, FMCG and pharmaceutical industries with packaging products such as crowns, chamfered caps, aluminium collapsible tubes and twist off caps and whose customers include Coca-Cola, Pepsi, United Spirits and Hindustan Unilever among others.
BDA acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Navis on this transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
