Jeff Chen is a Managing Director and Head of Technology, Greater China. Before joining BDA, Mr. Chen was Chief Strategy Officer at WeDoctor, a leading digital healthcare platform in China, backed by Tencent.

Prior to WeDoctor, he was Head of Technology Investment Banking for Asia at HSBC and previously a senior member of the Asia TMT investment banking team at Credit Suisse. Mr. Chen has extensive experience advising and executing M&A and capital markets transactions in the Technology sector across Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
