RJ Sim is a Vice President in the Private Capital Advisory (PCA) team and is based in Singapore.

Prior to joining BDA, Mr. Sim was a senior associate at Evercore’s Asia Pacific Private Capital Advisory team, responsible for GP-led and LP-led transactions. RJ’s career began in New York at Bank of America Merrill Lynch advising on mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Sim graduated cum laude with a B.B.A in Finance from The City University of New York, Baruch College.
