SangHyuk Yoon is a Vice President based in Seoul. Before joining BDA, Mr. Yoon worked as an Associate at PwC, where he carried out financial advisory services on various industries.

Before joining BDA, Mr. Yoon was an associate at PwC Korea, performing valuation, due diligence, and M&A advisory services across a wide range of sectors including shipping, industrials, automotive, education and infrastructure, real estate industries. He pursued BS degrees (dual degrees) in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He is fluent in English and Korean.
